ACA 2023 Conference - Accommodation

About Saly: The resort of Saly, established in the 1980s, is the largest beach resort in West Africa. It is located 80 kilometres south of Dakar on the RN1, between the sea and the sacred forest of Bandia.
Saly was a thriving Portuguese port towards the end of the 15th century that sailors favoured for its agreeable temperature and magnificent surroundings.
The resort is well-known for its sequence of shallow, sloping beaches, and the hotels built in the indigenous style have honoured nature by providing visitors with beautiful flower gardens and coconut and casuarina trees.
