2026 ACA ANNUAL CASHEW CONFERENCE AND EXPO: GHANA 2026

The 2026 African Cashew Alliance (ACA) Annual Cashew Conference and Expo will be held from 22nd to 25th September 2026 in the beautiful city of Accra, Ghana.

This comes at a particularly opportune moment, as Ghana, which last hosted the Conference in 2013, is intensifying efforts to diversify its economy, strengthen agro-industrialization and expand non-traditional exports. Already a major non-traditional export earner, cashew offers significant potential to become a key driver of economic growth through increased processing, job creation, rural development and regional trade integration.

This year’s Conference in Ghana will therefore provide a strategic platform to reflect on Africa’s progress in building a competitive and sustainable cashew industry, address emerging challenges, and chart a clear pathway towards strategically positioning and investing in the cashew industry to play a stronger role in the Ghana’s and the continent’s economic transformation agenda.

The Conference will feature high-level discussions, technical exchange and business engagements, designed to address the needs of diverse stakeholders across the cashew value chain, with special focus on policies, investment and partnership opportunities.

The 2026 ACA Annual Cashew Conference and Expo will be organized by the ACA in partnership with Ghana’s Tree Crops Development Authority (TCDA), under the auspices of the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (MoFA), and in Collaboration with the Ministry of Trade, Agribusiness and Industry, the GIZ/MOVE Project, the European Union (EU), the Organization of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS) and the Mastercard Foundation.
