Logistical Difficulties as the West African Season Nears Its End

Across West Africa, arrivals this season are estimated to be down by 20%. The exact figures are difficult to estimate as logistics have been extremely challenging. The shipments from the West African ports will decide the price trends this year; the greater the delay in shipments, the more bullish the market will be for the short term and prices will increase for assured immediate deliveries .
